Rajiv Surana is a corporate lawyer with multidisciplinary academic training in engineering, management, and law, and senior leadership experience across diverse industries and geographies. He has advised individuals, startups, growth-stage ventures, and Indian and international companies on corporate structuring, transactions, regulatory compliance, intellectual property strategy, dispute assessment, and strategic negotiations.
